A group rate discount involves a discount of 40% on skin services. Services offered at a discount for groups of 5 or more include facials, microdermabrasion and peels. The required deposit is $30 per person ($150 total) to secure your savings. A second payment of $30 per person ($150 total) is due on the day of the skin treatment.
To apply for your group rate, first fill out the form below. Once the form has been submitted, you will be directed to a page where you can make your deposit to finalize your reservation. U First Health will then work with you to schedule your skin treatment day and time.
