Discounted Gynecology Surgery - Internet Rates
An internet rate for your personal gynecology surgery is an all inclusive price (see prices below). This price covers facility fee, anesthesia fee and surgeon's fee. It also includes blood analysis and an EKG if indicated. One price gynecology surgery for your convenience.
To apply for your internet rate, first fill out the form below. Once the form has been submitted, you will be directed to a page where you can make your deposit of $50.00 to finalize your reservation. (Please note that the word donation means making a payment to your account.) U First Health will then work with you to schedule your surgery day and time.
The rate will only apply if the reservation is made through this website by filling out the information below. You can also make your deposit by calling our office and submitting your credit card information.
